Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425F 220C
In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until evenly coated
Spread the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the wedges are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through
