Keto Cauliflower Pizza Crust



A low-carb alternative to traditional pizza crust, this keto cauliflower pizza crust is flavorful and satisfying without all the carbs. It's perfect for those following a ketogenic diet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cauliflower, grated
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425F 220C

Place the grated cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 5 minutes

Let the cauliflower cool, then place it in a clean kitchen towel and wring out as much moisture as possible

In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and beaten egg

Mix until well combined

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cauliflower mixture into a thin circle, about 1/4 inch thick

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and firm

Remove from the oven and add desired toppings

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly

Slice and serve hot
