Ingredients:
- 1 pizza dough
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Set your oven to 475F 245C before you start cooking
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into the shape you want
Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone
Put ricotta cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together
Cover the pizza dough with the ricotta mixture, making sure to leave a border for the crust
On top of the ricotta mixture, sprinkle grated Parmesan and mozzarella cheese
Put some olive oil on top of the pizza
It should be baked in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and a little browned
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a while
Add some fresh basil leaves as a garnish
Cut your white pizza in half, serve it, and enjoy!
