<li><span itemprop="ingredients">1 teaspoon dijon mustard</span></li>
<li><span itemprop="ingredients">Salt and pepper to taste</span></li>

<h3>Instructions:</h3>
<p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Put chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley in a large bowl</span></p>
