     <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Put olive oil in a big pot and heat it over medium-low heat</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Put in the minced garlic and chopped onion</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Saut until the onion turns clear</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Add the diced potatoes and cook for two more minutes</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Bring the vegetable broth and sweet peas to a boil</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Lower the heat and let the food simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the potatoes and peas are soft</span></p>
