Instructions:
In a blender, combine the flour, eggs, milk, water, salt, and melted butter
Blend until the batter is smooth
Let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature
Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium-high heat
Add a small amount of butter or oil to grease the pan
Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the hot skillet, swirling it around to evenly coat the bottom
Cook for about 2 minutes or until the edges start to lift and the crepe is lightly browned on the bottom
Flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side, or until it's golden brown
Remove the crepe from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter or oil to the pan as needed
Fill the crepes with your choice of fillings, fold them, and serve hot
