Cheeseburger Pasta



Cheeseburger Pasta combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with the convenience of pasta. It's a hearty and satisfying dish that the whole family will love!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can 14
  • 5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: diced pickles, diced tomatoes, chopped lettuce

Instructions:

In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is softened

Drain excess fat

Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, uncooked pasta, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper

Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low

Cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until pasta is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally

Once pasta is cooked, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top

Cover and let cheese melt for a few minutes

Serve hot, optionally topping with diced pickles, diced tomatoes, and chopped lettuce for added flavor and texture

Homemade White Pizza



Indulge in the creamy goodness of a classic white pizza with a blend of ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese, all topped with aromatic garlic and oregano. It's a delightful twist on traditional pizza!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Set your oven to 475F 245C before you start cooking

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into the shape you want

Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone

Put ricotta cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together

Cover the pizza dough with the ricotta mixture, making sure to leave a border for the crust

On top of the ricotta mixture, sprinkle grated Parmesan and mozzarella cheese

Put some olive oil on top of the pizza

It should be baked in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and a little browned

Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a while

Add some fresh basil leaves as a garnish

Cut your white pizza in half, serve it, and enjoy!

Keto Cauliflower Pizza Crust



A low-carb alternative to traditional pizza crust, this keto cauliflower pizza crust is flavorful and satisfying without all the carbs. It's perfect for those following a ketogenic diet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cauliflower, grated
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425F 220C

Place the grated cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 5 minutes

Let the cauliflower cool, then place it in a clean kitchen towel and wring out as much moisture as possible

In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and beaten egg

Mix until well combined

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cauliflower mixture into a thin circle, about 1/4 inch thick

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and firm

Remove from the oven and add desired toppings

Slice and serve hot

Chocolate Beet Cake with Blackberry Frosting



Enjoy the rich, moist decadence of this chocolate beet cake with a sweet blackberry frosting on top. The naturally sweet beets go well with the strong cocoa flavor, and the bright blackberry frosting gives it a fruity, fresh taste.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups grated beets
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup blackberries for frosting
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

A 9-inch round cake pan should be greased and floured

Grate the beets and mix them with almond milk, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a large bowl

Mix the cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a different bowl using a whisk

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones while stirring them together

Pour the batter into the cake pan that has been prepared

Use a spatula to smooth the top

Put it in the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean

Before frosting, let the cake cool all the way down

Add the blackberries, coconut cream, and maple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth

Spread frosting all over the top of the cake after it has cooled

Cut and serve
